The full value of a voucher towards the cost of glasses and contact lenses. Free NHS wigs and fabric supports Refund of necessary costs of travel to and from hospital for NHS treatment. Personally I would say no you can not put this on the card because many others will be doing same thing and trying to get exemption cards to gain free IVF treatment. May be worth phoning the number on card and asking someone professional for advice. Good luck and hope you get that baby soon!
