Does my EarthChef product come with a warranty?
Your new EarthChef cook and bakeware comes with a 5 year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The use of harmful detergents on any EarthChef product, damaging the anti-oxidation layer and causing corrosion, is not covered by the warranty. BergHOFF® will replace or repair all products, for material, construction or manufacturing defects when the products were used under normal conditions, as recommended. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, overheating, dropping or intentional abuse.
