Players who live within the area of 110th to 120th Streets from Frederick Douglass Boulevard to Fifth Avenue or 120th to 160th Streets, River to River. For first time players interested in joining Harlem Little League, please check to see if we are your local Little League. To find your neighborhood chartered Little League, please Click Here. A player will be considered to reside within the boundaries if: • His/her parents are living together are residing within the boundaries, OR; • Either of the player’s parents (or his/her court appointed legal guardian) resides within the boundaries.
