Does my baby sound like he is having night terrors?
Our daughter suffered from night terrors from about 1 year to 7 years old. If he wakes up screaming about 30 to 60 minutes after going to sleep, and doesn’t remember it, it is likely night terrors. We found that she was more likely to have a NT when she was very tired, so she took naps right after school; this helped for a while. At one point she was having AT LEAST one each night.
