No, just so you purchase the new home from the Rent Away™ Builder and utilize America’s Premiere Mortgage™ for your mortgage loan plus one of our approved associate Real Estate Agents then your complex or landlord would not need to join as an approved associate. But, if you decide not to purchase a new home from the Rent Away™ builders then you cannot utilize the credits to purchase another home. So it is always best to have your complex or landlord join the Rent Away™ program.
