Hi, I inquired about this similar problem in a different post, probably the wrong one. I have a Acer Travelmate C110: Its a convertible laptop/tablet. It has Windows XP Professional Tablet PC Edition. Acer says that SOME C110’s have bluetooth, while others do not. On the bottom of my Laptop, it clearly says Bluetooth, with the B logo on it. My Tablet also has a bluetooth button. It is supposed to activate and deactiveate the wireless and bluetooth; yet it does neither. Acer, after I provided them with my serial number, alleges that my PC does in fact not have bluetooth. Then why does my PC have a large Bluetooth logo on it?? Is there a sure fire way to see if I have it? I tried getting my phone to “see” the Acer, but it couldn’t. The bluetooth is either not on or it isn’t even there. I’m supposed to press this button and it is supposed to activate but it does nothing.
