No, unless she is travelling alone, which needs a whole lot of other back-up identification and permissions from yourself, to travel…If she is travelling with you, there is no need for any photo ID. If she is travelling alone you need to contact the travel company, give your permission for her to travel and ensure that she will have somebody at the other end, to meet her. Even this might not be enough, contact your travel company to get the approriate things that she will need to travel.Do you think that any company would accept a minor without their parent’s permission???
