Does MWN allow attorneys to work modified hours?
Yes. We recognize that, at various times in one’s working career, alternative work arrangements are necessary for an attorney to balance family responsibilities, such as care for a parent, spouse or child, or to address his or her own medical needs, while maintaining a productive and rewarding practice. MWN recently adopted an “Alternative Work Policy” to address these situations.
