Does muenster cheese freeze well?
I understand that Muenster cheese is one of the better cheeses to freeze as it is not a hard cheese (these become crumbly when frozen.) Make sure it is not out of date on the packaging. Remove from original packaging and wrap tightly in aluminium foil or plastic. It will lose some of its quality if frozen, but shouldld be just find for use in cooking. To thaw place in the fridge until ready.
