Does MSI produce injection molded ceramic components to print?
A. MSI will produce injection molded piezoceramics or other ceramics in large or small volumes to customer print after nonrecurring charges for tooling and set-up. For customers with large production needs for piezoceramic parts, MSI has substantial production capacity and can produce injection molded ceramic parts in high volumes. MSI’s injection molding facility has produced precision ceramic shapes at rates up to 10,000 parts/shift/machine with multi-cavity tooling.
