Does mProductive use my personal information?
mProductive does not automatically transmit any personal information from your device. The mProductive application integrates with your device’s native Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Memos, however all cached information stored by mProductive remains on your device. During the activation process for purchased licenses, mProductive may communicate with an activation server over the Internet to confirm your Device PIN and Product Key are valid, however no personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted during this process. If you contact technical support for help with anything related to mProductive, we recommend you send your Usage Counters to the mProductive Support team from your handheld device at that time. You can do this via email by launching mProductive, selecting ‘About’ from the menu, and then selecting ‘Send Usage Counters’ from the menu again. To see what information is collected by a Usage Counters email, choose ‘View Example’ instead of ‘Send’ when prompted
