Does moving the sand contribute to spread the invasive species?
The sand will be moved to be used in coastal defence works and to do this will be sieved in advance; so the use in sea environment of the sandy prevalence part will definitively cancel the diffusion capacities that the little left Amorpha fragments could have and that in terrestrial environment they could start a resume of the diffusion of this exotic plant. The vegetable part left in the sieve goes to the dump.
