Does movement from a space within a space count as enough to trigger interception?
I have asked Mark this before. The general principle to follow is that the city space has two real spaces, one is outside and one is inside. Thus, movement out of the city to sortie against the besieging force would be a move that trigger an interception from an army that is adjacent to the beseiging army being sortied against. – M.W. 26.
