Very few legitimate websites offer this service. Sites like Napster and iTunes are open for students provided they follow the rules outlined by the website. However, free Peer 2 Peer sites like Kazza, and Limewire just to name a few, are blocked because of legality issues and other restrictions placed on the ability to download by the College.
