Morinda even holds certification courses for the individuals who harvest the fruit. Only once they pass this course are they authorized to harvest fruit for Morinda. Once the fruit is harvested, it undergoes a rigorous four-step quality control process. First, the picker inspects the fruit to ensure that it meets Morinda’s high standards for ripeness and quality. Next, this process is repeated before the fruit is transported to Morinda’s processing facility on the main island of Tahiti.
