Cooperative Education is conducted by Monroe College in cooperation with businesses, industries, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. The program integrates on-campus study with off-campus work experience. Employment is usually directly related to the student’s academic area. In addition to gaining valuable experience, co-op students also receive (3) academic credits at the end of their internship.
