Affluence does not stop the activities of gangs in a neighborhood. Just because you drive a LEXUS and pay a gardener to tend to your lawn does not move you out of the real world. Life in money Ville is not that far from life on the streets. You can be sure that there is gang activity in every neighborhood in America, regardless of the median income. Most HOA ruled developments and higher end communities have become very good at hiding what is really going on. Knowing that the presences of gang activity would lower the property values, neighborhoods all over
