In recent years, MLG has expanded into international territory with the founding of MLG Canada. Starting in 2007, MLG Canada held its first international event in Toronto, Canada. Although MLG Canada events are independent of the MLG Pro Circuit, the events are conducted in the same manner, and prizes are proportionate to those of US competitions.
