Um, missing someone IS the heart growing fonder. The quote is “ABSENCE makes the heart grow fonder.” And that depends on the person. If you’re fonder of someone when they’re NOT AROUND, I’d say you were dangerously idealistic and unstable, probably more into your IDEA of the person than the person himself or herself.
