Yes. MicroStrategy Office supports prompts in two ways. MicroStrategy Office can natively display the prompt dialog allowing user selection of prompt answers and defaults. MicroStrategy Office has configuration options to allow prompt answer re-use and sharing. Additionally, users may load predefined elements prompt answers directly from files (text or .CSV formatted).
