Do not have them running at the same time! They will fight each other and you will end up with a slow computer. Microsoft Security Essentials handles it all. It will also disable Windows Defender, but will not touch NOD32. You would need to uninstall NOD32 yourself. Either that or stay with Defender and NOD32 as your defense.
