Does Microsoft provide technical support for the Microsoft adCenter API?
Yes, we provide technical support for the Microsoft adCenter API. Our primary focus for the adCenter Support Team is to provide our customers with resources to help them create and maintain their API. Support for the adCenter API is done exclusively by e-mail, providing Microsoft .NET Framework tools support, answers to Microsoft adCenter SDK questions, server-side support (including error handling and Microsoft adCenter authentication issues), some coding and packet issues, and language support for Java, PHP, Perl, and C# and Visual Basic. Support for the adCenter API doesn’t include telephone support, the customers’ client GUI, the customers’ own development tools and support tools, languages other than those listed in this topic, and any SDKs for adCenter that are not provided by Microsoft.
