Not at all. MFR 6 SE supports all the features in MFR 5.3b and more, and is more stable. MFR 6 Pro supports even more features. In addition, you can install MFR 6 SE on a computer with an existing MFR 5.3b installtion (just not in the same folder). Both versions can operate together.
