Does Metro participate in a league or have in-house teams?

Metro Lacrosse is a member of the G.O.A.L (Gateway Outdoor Amateur Lacrosse). G.O.A.L is a league that formed in 2005 and brought together a lot of other leagues to play against each other. Our 3rd and 4th grade division is an in-house division with teams that play each other. If there are other 3rd and 4th grade teams in the area we will play together.
