And yeah, based on his performance on the field, he’s very deserving of Pro Bowl honors. But I’m not sure a guy who gets caught using a performance-enhancing drug (intentional or not), and misses a quarter of the season because of it, should even be considered for postseason awards of any kind in the year that he tests positive. Now, before all you Merriman fans jump all over me, I recognize the fact that Merriman has a lot of God-given talent, and believe he has the potential to be a great player for a long time. But accidental ingestion or not, we have no way of knowing whether or not a little of that impact came out of a bottle. So anyth
