Does MemoryWorks offer a money-back guarantee on the new consultant kit?
Although the MemoryWorks program provides a wonderful opportunity for scrapbookers to share their passion for their scrapbook hobby and generate extra income, the MemoryWorks program may not be suited for everyone. Newly registered consultants are given the right-to-cancel their registration without any penalty of obligation, within 15 business days of the original transaction date as indicated on the original invoice. If a new consultant desires to cancel their registration they must notify MemoryWorks within 15 business days via email, fax or phone to receive a full refund on her consultant kit. The consultant kit must be returned complete and product items and supplies must be unopened and unused. The consultant bears all responsibility and cost of shipping the entire consultant kit back to MemoryWorks. Once MemoryWorks has received the kit in its entirety, the consultant will receive a full refund on the original registration and shipping fee within 30 days.
