Does Memorial Hospital employ physicians?
” Yes, we do, but not until the Spring of 2008. Our Board responded to the community’s need for more physicians by establishing Community Health Associates LLC, a new company that will provide another employment choice for physicians to come into our area and provide healthcare services. The Board has also approved a new policy for recruitment and retention of physicians as a long-range strategy to offer medical care in our community. Through this policy we will be able to recruit physicians to establish their practices here, with or without assistance from Memorial Hospital. Therefore, for the first time, Memorial Hospital does employ physicians. Click here to see these physicians.
