Yes, if the surgery is related to a medical condition and not just cosmetic in nature. Several years ago, a doctor advised my friend, Molly, to have breast reduction surgery. Seems the excess breastage (she called them “breasticles”) was too much for her small body frame to support well, and she began experiencing mild to moderate back pain on a constant and consistent basis.
