The mediator will invite representatives from First Nations and/or other cultural communities if deemed appropriate. Mediation is available in New Brunswick’s two official languages, with the client having the option to choose his/her language of choice. Interpretation is made available for non-official languages, as much as possible, and as needed. Mediation is held in the community where the client resides.
