No, although investigations on possible brain damage continue; there is certainly no drastic brain damage though. The Parkinson’s rumors come from a journalist confusing MDMA with MPTP, a product of screwed-up opiate manufacture which has nothing at all to do with MDMA. See the MDMA FAQ.
