Yes. For clients who take advantage of one of MCN’s SR&ED services, MCN will provide its OIDMTC services to qualifying organizations on a contingency basis. Fees for the preparation of an OIDMTC claim are due once the Certificate of Eligibility has been issued to the organization. For clients who do not use any of MCN’s SR&ED services, MCN provides a fixed fee service. MCN will provide the same two step service, however, fees are due upon the completion of the application for the Certificate of Eligibility.
