Yes, If the application process is added to the Process List and marked as VOIP Application (acceleration setting of 2) in MCA Manager then MCA will monitor this process. Once that process starts to send UDP traffic to a non-local host destination, MCA will back off its send rate to protect against interference with the VOIP conversation.
