no. its basically just ‘define a lash’ with a vibrating mechanism all it is a gimmick to cash in more i mean £14 for a drug store mascara is far to over priced, the same effect can be achieved by wiggling & using to brush in a zig zag motion from the roots. theres far better on the market so save your money and buy something else girl.
