Yes Maxter Corporation’s Instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in Material and workmanship if and when used for their intended purpose. Any defective product will either be replaced or repaired at Maxter’s discretion. However, this agreement becomes null and void if Maxter instruments are either serviced by an unauthorized person/facility or have been subject to misuse, improper care and cleaning.
