Yes it does! Matrox has approved several configurations for running the RT.X2 & RT.X2 LE hardware under Vista 64. The Asus P6T mohterboard used in Videoguys DIY7 configuration is on the approved list! Videoguys recommends Vista 64 for the RT.X2 LE, just make sure you run it on a Matrox approved motherboard.
