Yes. Matrix utilizes software whose function is to track common area maintenance, CPI escalations, past-through charges, and any other overage costs associated with the tenancy. These charges are an important part of the revenue stream in a commercial rental, and we make every effort to accurately identify those costs and make certain that the costs are billed and collected.
