Maple Leaf Foods Inc. owns 89.8% of Canada Bread Company, Limited and we will continue to buy shares as they become available at prices that we consider fair value. We have no plans to initiate an offer to buy out the Canada Bread minority shareholders, as there are no material synergies or benefits to Maple Leaf shareholders.
