Yes. We need to obtain salary information for all claimants in order to produce the final claim amount. We recommend that you supply this information in the first quarter so that we can monitor your progress throughout the year. • Do you offer consulting? Yes. Throughout the school year we are available to answer questions via email or phone. We are experts in the ACR program. • Will the web site work on Macintosh computers? Yes. It will work on any computer that has internet access. • Why does Mandated Services setup our school on the system? We include this as part of our basic service. There are critical nuances to this process that we can take of for you. • Do you charge for your initial presentation? No. The initial presentation is included with our regular price. • Are you affiliated with the Ohio Department of Education?
