Does Manchester Property Management offer short term leases?
Typically the only lease option that Manchester offers is a twelve month lease. The nice part about the lease though is that after the lease term is up it goes month-to-month w/ no new lease to sign if you live at Carisbrooke, Barrington, or a one or two bedroom apartment at Wellington. Twin Oaks and Wellington Three Bedrooms are all now non-renewable 12 month leases with a new 12 month lease required each time for renewal. Manchester does offer short term leases from time to time as specials though so you can inquire about them if you would like.
