Manchester Property Management requires tenants to have “quiet hours” between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM per Champaign City Rules. This means that Manchester can and will enforce “quiet” during this time. At any other time of the day Manchester cannot enforce the “quiet” hours, but can request other tenants to stop noise during that time.
