Does MAG have any in-house financial advisors or money managers?
No. At MAG, unlike many of the other major agencies, we insist that our athletes hire independent bankers, accountants and financial advisors. Other agencies view such services as a good way to “make a buck”, but we believe that we provide a better service to our clients by (i) focusing on what we do best (negotiating contracts) and (ii) introducing them, free of charge, to top professionals at financial firms such as UBS, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley where appropriate.
