Does MadZ DVD to Zune Video Converter work with encrypted commercial DVDs?
Yes, MadZ DVD to Zune Video Converter will work with nearly all encrypted commercial DVDs. Before the video on the DVD is converted into .WMV format, it will be decrypted by the software. However, it is possible that you may discover some commercial DVDs that our software will not decrypt and convert successfully. There are millions of commercial DVDs on the market from hundreds of DVD publishers. As you can imagine, it was not possible to fully test our software with all of them. Also, DVD publishers are continually inventing new encryption protocols and so there may be some relatively new DVDs out there for which our software will not work–yet. That is why we are continually working to upgrade the decryption capabilities of our software. If you discover DVDs that it will not successfully convert, please let us know immediately what titles you were trying to convert and what exactly happened when you tried to convert them.
