Does Mackey provide written proposals / quotations / invoices / warrantees?
All correspondence of significance between Mackey and our clients is done in writing. You are provided with a written quotation that precisely details all facets of the project. Upon completion of the project you are provided with an invoice, the appropriate warrantees in writing and a CD containing detailed digital photography / video taken during the project (this can be useful for insurance purposes and / or when selling your home / property). Additionally, you are provided with a web link specific to your project containing all of the above mentioned documentation that can be accessed by yourself or any third party designated by you (this is useful for insurance companies or lending institutions or prospective buyers).
