Lycian Wicca? In my 5 years of studying and practicing Wicca, I have never heard of Lycian. I highly doubt Lycian even exists.

Yes, in these areas: The initiation rituals. The means of recognizing another member of the Tradition according to level of initiation. The identities of other members in the Tradition; unless permission has been granted to reveal such, by the person being identified.
