Does LVS have any limitations on parameters and expressions in the netlist?
No. LVS supports all standard parameters for devices. R, L, C elements: Considers parametric information on resistance, capacitance, and inductance elements. MOSFET Elements: Considers L, W, Area, Perimeter, Diffusion squares parameters B, D, J, Q elements: Considers Area parameter T Elements: Considers transmission line parameters describing delay, frequency, and wavelength number. X elements: For subcircuits, considers parameter values of unflattened or autodefined subcircuits.
