Yes! Complete an Employee Direct Deposit Authorization Form and attach a copy of a voided check and send to the payroll department. If the Direct Deposit is received by the payroll deadline, it will take 2 pay periods to take effect due to a pre-note process. This is also the scenario when changing your Direct Deposit, the existing Direct Deposit is cancelled and replaced with the new Direct Deposit, that will have to go through the pre-note process, therefore taking 2 pay periods to take effect. We encourage all existing emplyees that receive a check to consider the many advantages of Direct Deposit.
