Does Lubbock County have automatic draft for retiree insurance?
Yes! Complete the Retiree Automatic Payment Authorization Form and attach a copy of a voided check, send to the Auditor’s Department, attention Tom Albert. The Draft is done on the 15th of each month. We need to receive your information by the 10th of the preceding month in order to start the draft the following month. Insurance premiums are paid 1 month in advance. (i.e. The July 15th draft is paying for your August coverage.) All insurance payments must be current.
