The company originally began as a luxury trunk and travel goods retailers, revolutionary for their flat-bottomed, airtight, and lightweight trunks. During the early nineteen hundreds, the line expanded — and exploded in popularity – with purses, handbags, and LV wallets. The Monogram Canvas from Vuitton luggage was redeveloped into a softer, more supple material and used in the design of handbags and smaller accessories.
