Hi there, parts of Lost Creek fall under the 100 year flood plain from what I know from the developer and some lots require a “CLOMER” permit from FEMA to purchase. I have clients who just finsihed building their home that backs up to the creek area there & they love it. Some lots have standing water problems when we have huge storms but I have not seen any homes flooded. Making sure you have a reputable builder who will take this into account during building also helps. Lost Creek is considered Terrell but in Forney isd. Welcome!
