I think you will be hard pressed to find a remote (meaning uncrowded) beach anywhere on Long Island. If by remote you mean distant from e.g. the city, then your best bet would be Plum Island (a ferry ride from Orient Point, north fork) or Montauk State Park at the tip of the south fork.
